Is your code cross-browser compatible?
Yes it is, we will make every design compatible with:
  • Internet explorer 7+ (Windows)
  • Firefox: 2+ (Mac/Windows)
  • Safari: 3+ (Mac/Windows)
If you need the design to comply with a specific browser other than these, please let us know.
Which file format should I send my files in?
We prefer files in their original uncompressed format, be that PSD, EPS, PNG, HTML or any other type.
How do I send you files?
You can send us your file(s) by uploading them to the Dropbox share that we invite you to. Once you've accepted our quote we will send you details of where and what to do to upload your files. You do not have to zip your files before uploading, however, if there are many files then it may be a good idea.
What currency do you use?
We only accept payments in Pounds Sterling
What is the method of payment?
All of the payments are handled by PayPal. It is secure and accepts most credit cards.
What are my payment terms and why do we ask for a deposit?
The work on your project will begin as soon as your deposit of 50% has been received. The remainder is due upon completion. This policy has been put in place simply because it is very effective in weeding out unprofessional clients. If you are serious about your business you surely understand the importance of time and money and how crucial it is to ensure one gets paid.
Refunds?
If you are extremely unsatisfied with our work at any point during the project, we will discuss a partial refund with you. However, no work will go completely unpaid so full refunds will not be given unless work hasn’t begun yet.
Who will have rights over the code you send me?
You will have all the rights to all the various files we deliver to you (HTML, CSS, javascript, images).
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course, send it over and we'll sign it. We love to be surreptitious.
Will my project(s) be displayed in your portfolio?
Not unless we have your permission!
What's with the strange logo?
Our logo is a reference to Textpattern's markup syntax. For instance, if I was to output the title of a blog post, I would use the code: <txp:title /> to display it. Cool huh?
Do you design sites too?
Of course! Have a look at our designer, Zander Martineau's portfolio site at martineau.tv
Where are you guys located?
