Post-Production
When the site has effectively been built, we will temporarily host it on our server for your review.
Once approved, the final outstanding 50% payment will be required and, when cleared, your source files will be released to you so that you may install them on your server.
- If you do not know how, we can provide support for this at an additional cost.
- We also offer hosting as one of our services, again at an additional cost.
Timeframes
Please allow an extra day or two for revisions before you need to show a site to a client. It is challenging to get a Textpattern site to look and function perfectly the first time.
You will now have a site which you can make all future changes by yourself.
Production
We take all your files, slice them and convert them, first, into HTML and CSS templates and then we integrate them into Textpattern, using its sections, pages, forms and most likely plugins to gain the desired effect.
Once the templates are set up, we add your site’s content, if provided, or if not, then we use Lorem Ipsum placeholder text instead.

To guarantee a pleasant experience for both our clients and our developers, and for everyone to be on the same page throughout your project, we have decided to create a simple agreement that outlines some of our policies and the process at txp:coder.
Pre-Production
As our client you will need to complete the Quote Form to submit your project. Please be explicit if there are any extras or specifics that may not immediately be obvious.
Soon, you will be contacted and you will be asked to send your source files over to us (these may only be a link to your current home page). We use Dropbox to manage our file transfers.
We will then review the files and send you a detailed quote based on template complexity, requested features, and the requested completion date.
Once you have accepted the quote, the first (of two) 50% payments is due. We start work only when the funds have been cleared.

Like any other company or business, our clients mean everything to us. We want to ensure a positive experience for all of our customers for two main reasons: your loyalty and our reputation.
Timeframes will be discussed upon project submission and our quote will reflect the deadline you require. If we cannot finish the work before your deadline we will tell you.
